Neil Sternberg is a world-class facilitator, high-level strategist and dynamic leader who was made to awaken and inspire people towards a greater ending. He has a unique ability to connect with people and brings out the best in leaders and teams. As founder of LeadWell Team, Neil continues to help organizations move forward and experience significant growth. Whether coaching leaders, developing teams or facilitating strategic off-sites, he brings a custom solution to meet the unique needs of each client. Neil is passionate about building meaningful relationships with clients and helping them succeed.

Neil is a top certified facilitator in StratOp & LifePlan through Paterson Center and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business / Economics from Wheaton College. He's married to Kaitlin and they have three kids, Lottie, Lucy & Lincoln.

Jon Klinepeter

Strategist + Coach

Jon Klinepeter is a courageous leader and curious strategist who was made to instill hope and empower organizations and leaders to thrive. His passion is helping those that want to leave the world better than they found it. He is guided by the foundational truth that every person has inherent worth and longs to contribute to the compelling cause of an organization. During his 25+ year career, Jon has been able to learn from and bring new insights to both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations; focused on strategic clarity, leadership development, excellence in communication and building a collaborative culture. Jon is also a writer, speaker and facilitator, challenging audiences to fully engage in the betterment of the world in which we live.

Jon holds an MBA from The University of Notre Dame with a focus on Strategy and Innovation, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northeastern Illinois University. He’s married to Christina and they have two teenage boys, Gabe + Will.
